Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If you are unsatisfied with your item, all unopened electronics parts, PC systems, and components are eligible for return within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Return orders must contact us first via email or via Amazon.com login webmail to tell us the order number, unit serial # and the reason for return to obtain the RMA # first; All returned shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. The RMA # must be clearly marked on the outside of the box/ above the address lines. Refunds do not apply to products damaged by improper use.

Refunds: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Cancellation: Sunwilltech will not charge for cancellation if the order has not yet been processed. Orders which have begun processing will incur an 8% credit card surcharge. Orders which have shipped will incur additional charges for shipping and restocking.

Method of Shipment: FedEx, UPS, USPS best method. FOB Point: California; Split Shipment: Add $5.00 for each additional address after the first. Shipping for APO/FPO, we ship via FedEx/UPS/USPS Standard, Expedited, First Class Priority, best methods. For Alaska and Hawaii address, we ship via FedEx/UPS/USPS best methods. For Canada, we can ship via FedEx/UPS Ground, FedEx/UPS Air/USPS best methods. For other International destinations, we ship via FedEx/UPS Air/USPS best methods.
